Terms of Service
These terms cover playing RuneClicker. By signing in and playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law in Norway or the EEA gives you.
1 Operator information
RuneClicker is operated by KAROLIN ENK, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway with organisation number 937 913 362. Contact: support@runeclicker.eu. We aim to answer every enquiry within 72 hours. Our registered business address is at the foot of this page.
2 Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. If you live in the EEA or the United Kingdom and are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
3 Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. One person per account. If you believe someone else has access to your account, contact us.
4 Playing fair
RuneClicker is a shared world with hiscores, clans and a marketplace. You may not cheat, bot, script, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage; if you find a bug, report it rather than using it. You may not harass, threaten, or spam other players, post hate speech in chat, clans, or names, impersonate staff or other players, or attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the game or its servers. If you break these rules, we may warn you, suspend or permanently close the account, and remove content. Serious or repeated abuse receives a serious response.
5 Purchases and payment
All purchases are processed by Tebex Limited, company number 08129184, registered in England and Wales. Tebex is the seller of record. When you buy membership, Crystals, or any other product, your contract of sale is formed with Tebex, and payment, invoicing, value added tax, and refunds are handled by Tebex under the Tebex checkout terms. RuneClicker is responsible for delivering the purchased content in the game. We never see your card details.
Under the Tebex checkout terms you must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase. In addition, automatically renewing membership is only available to players who are 18 years or older according to the date of birth registered on their account.
Everything you can buy is a limited licence to use digital features inside the game. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for real money; they are tied to your account and cannot be transferred except where the game itself allows trading an item to another player; and they may be changed, rebalanced, or discontinued as the game evolves. You can never buy levels, XP, gold, or power with real money. Purchases unlock features, cosmetics, and convenience, never an in-game advantage that cannot be earned by playing.
6 Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Norway or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. Because purchased content is delivered to your account immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, as permitted by the Norwegian Cancellation Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
For subscriptions, you may cancel the renewal at any time through the link in your purchase receipt or at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history; your membership then remains active until the end of the paid period. To exercise a right of withdrawal where it applies, contact support@runeclicker.eu or Tebex support.
7 Membership and auto-renewal
Membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the price and interval you chose until you cancel. The current tiers are: character membership at $2.99 per month, covering one named character; account membership at $5.99 per month, covering your whole account; and annual membership at $59.99 per year, covering your whole account.
You can cancel at any time from the Tebex payment portal at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history, from the link in your receipt email, or from Manage subscription in the game's membership window. Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. We do not give partial refunds for time you did not use, except where the law requires it.
8 Quality of the service
For paid content and membership, we are responsible under the Norwegian Act on the Supply of Digital Services that the service conforms to its description and is of the quality you can reasonably expect. We provide updates, including security updates, for as long as the service is offered. If a paid service is defective, you may make a claim within two years of a one time purchase, or at any time during an active subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
For the free parts of the game, we make no promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and features may change or be removed as the game develops.
9 Content
The game, its art, code, and characters belong to us. Some interface icons are by Lorc, Delapouite and contributors from game-icons.net, used under the CC BY 3.0 licence. When you post messages in chat or clans, you keep what is yours but give us permission to display and store them so the feature works. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, or that is not yours to share.
10 Ending things
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If your account is closed for a serious breach, membership and virtual items may be lost without refund.
If RuneClicker permanently shuts down, active memberships will not renew, and the unused remainder of any prepaid membership period will be refunded proportionally.
11 Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using, or not being able to use, the game. This does not limit our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including those described in section 8.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game grows. We will announce changes to these terms in the game or on the website before they take effect. Earlier versions and a summary of changes are available on request at support@runeclicker.eu. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring claims there.
